Responsibilities/崗位職責(zé)
1. Development of new industries and customers in North China area, ensure to achieve assigned sales target.

2. Work together with engineering team for promotion of new products.

3. Visit target customers together with engineering team for VOC.
與技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)一起拜訪客戶(hù)，收集客戶(hù)之聲；
4. Strengthen cross-selling with sister companies, actively provide new leads for sister companies, follow up leads from sister companies.
加強(qiáng)與姐妹公司的交叉銷(xiāo)售，積極地為姐妹公司提供銷(xiāo)售線索，跟進(jìn)姐妹公司提供的銷(xiāo)售線索；
5. Daily management of sales, maintenance of CRM system on time.
銷(xiāo)售日常管理, 及時(shí)維護(hù)CRM系統(tǒng)；
6. Tracking the progress of target projects or customers, weekly updated and report to manager
跟蹤目標(biāo)項(xiàng)目或客戶(hù)，每周更新?tīng)顟B(tài)并匯報(bào)給上級(jí)經(jīng)理；
7. Understand the customers’ real needs, provide technical solution / commercial proposal according to Warner Electric products and technologies, quotation, business Negotiation, and lead signing contract.
理解客戶(hù)的真正需求，根據(jù)Warner Electric 產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)為客戶(hù)提供技術(shù)方案及商務(wù)建議，報(bào)價(jià)，商務(wù)談判及達(dá)成合同的簽訂；
8. Market Study, collect competitors’ information.
市場(chǎng)調(diào)研， 收集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息；
9. Other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
上級(jí)或公司指派的其他任務(wù)。

Candidate Profile/申請(qǐng)人要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferred background in mechanical engineering or electromechanical engineering.
本科或本科以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或機(jī)電專(zhuān)業(yè)背景優(yōu)先
2. Minimum of 5 years experience as Sales in industrial power transmission field.
至少5年工業(yè)傳動(dòng)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)銷(xiāo)售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Successful candidates are innovative, self-starters, independent, highly creative workers with good follow-up skills

4. Strong communication skills and very good team spirit.
