工作職責(zé)：
1.維護和優(yōu)化ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系（QMS），主要是設(shè)計和開發(fā)方面
Maintain and optimize ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS)， mainly focus on the quality system for R&D
2.組織內(nèi)部審核，支持QMS管理評審（將來還有EMS）
Organize internal audit and support management review for QMS (EMS for future)
3.負(fù)責(zé)準(zhǔn)備客戶/第三方對質(zhì)量管理體系審核, 包括公司實驗室的認(rèn)可審核
Prepare audits from customers and third part companies, as well as preparing laboratory accreditation.
4.對供應(yīng)商進行質(zhì)量管理和社會責(zé)任審核
Define the supplier evaluation quality management system & social
5.跟蹤內(nèi)/外審核及內(nèi)部/客戶投訴進行的糾正措施和預(yù)防措施
Follow up corrective/prevention actions from internal/external audit, internal/client complaints
6.文件分發(fā)和控制
Document distribution and control
7.5S和EHS支持

任職資格
1. 大學(xué)本科-精通英語
University degree – Very good at speaking and writing in English. Chinese fluent.
2. 5年以上制造業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
3.溝通能力，問題分析和優(yōu)化能力
Ability to communicate and interact at all levels from senior management to staff level. Go
