Responsibilities崗位職責(zé)：
1. 新供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)保證能力的評(píng)定
Evaluate new suppliers on their capability of QA/QC
2. 供應(yīng)商新產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)定，包括供應(yīng)商新產(chǎn)品的首檢,如果必要
Evaluate the quality risk on new component of suppliers, including quality check on first batch of production, if needed
3. 供應(yīng)商不良品問(wèn)題分析，要求和協(xié)助供應(yīng)商找到對(duì)策
Analyze defective samples and defective reasons, support and require supplier to find CAPA (Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions)
4. 跟蹤，驗(yàn)證和確認(rèn)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的糾正預(yù)防措施
Follow up, verify and validate on CAPA provided by suppliers
5. 幫助供應(yīng)商對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和制程進(jìn)行持續(xù)改善
Support suppliers on continuous improvement of product quality and production process

Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
履行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他要求、指導(dǎo)或分配的職責(zé)。

Requirements要求：
1. 機(jī)械等或模具專(zhuān)業(yè)大專(zhuān)（含）以上學(xué)歷
College degree or above – Major in mechanical engineering or tooling
2. 3年以上供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)或品檢部管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3 years or above experience in SQE or QC management level
3. 對(duì)注塑件，或沖壓件，或壓鑄件等的加工工藝，電鍍工藝等有一定了解
Familiar to e-coating, injection, or stamping, or die-casting
4. 溝通能力, 協(xié)調(diào)能力，問(wèn)題分析和優(yōu)化能力
