1、 職責(zé)目的Position Objectives：

2、 主要職責(zé)Key Responsibilities：
？ 完成SAP系統(tǒng)中報(bào)價(jià)單的錄入，準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)的發(fā)送給客戶(hù)和銷(xiāo)售部。確保了解所有價(jià)格組的物料、價(jià)格信息。
To finish quotations in SAP with correct discount and price. Send to LOB leader waiting approval. Ensure correct material and price with contract price customers.
？ 完成合同的系統(tǒng)（SAP）錄入、訂貨及到貨追蹤，并確保符合公司訂單銷(xiāo)售政策，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條款和條件以及出口管理需求。
To finish sales other data input into Company management systems(SAP), coordinate & follow order shipment，Ensure adherence to Corporate Order Acceptance Policy, standard terms and condition and export administration requirement.
？ 協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售人員申請(qǐng)，配合合同部完成合同審核、創(chuàng)建、管理及執(zhí)行工作。
Assist sales people to review contract with Contract department and ensure contracts’ implementation & management work.
？ 聯(lián)系內(nèi)部采購(gòu), 工廠以便確保按時(shí)發(fā)貨，積極管理訂單以滿(mǎn)足所承諾的交貨起和其他特殊發(fā)貨要求。
Coordinate with internal purchaser, factories to improve on-time delivery performance, proactively manage order to meet committed delivery date and any special delivery requirement.
？ 與銷(xiāo)售、管理、商務(wù)和其他部門(mén)建立良好的溝通以便有效解決客戶(hù)訂單相關(guān)問(wèn)題
Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with Sales people, management, business and cross-functional teams to resolve customer order related issues.
？ 主管交付的其他工作。
Position related tasks assigned by supervisor.
3、工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/績(jī)效目標(biāo)Performance Standard/Goals:
？ 積極完成本人以及本部門(mén)KPI考核。
Commit to meet individual KPI’s, Team KPI’s.
？ 與相關(guān)部門(mén)及時(shí)溝通，保持良好的合作關(guān)系
Communicate effectively with other LOB and Keep good relationship with them
？ 維護(hù)良好的客戶(hù)關(guān)系，達(dá)到內(nèi)部和外部客戶(hù)的雙重滿(mǎn)意
Satisfy internal and external customers by good relationship with them
4、任職資格Position Qualification Requirement：
？ 專(zhuān)業(yè)背景和資歷素質(zhì)Education & Professional Background
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，文秘或貿(mào)易專(zhuān)業(yè)背景
？ 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Relevant Experience
1年以上/1 years or above
？ 語(yǔ)言技能Language Skills
？ 良好的英文交流能力
Good English communication skills
？ 其它要求Other Requirements
？ 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和客戶(hù)服務(wù)意識(shí)，熟練使用辦公軟件
Good communication skills and customer services oriented. Proficiency with MS Office, Internet and other office software
