Description：The position is responsible for developing and maintaining existing and potential customers for die casting components. Formulate and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed target sales. He/ she is reporting directly to ETG Group Director of Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:

要求：

1. Mechanical Engineering Bachelor degree.

機(jī)械工程本科專(zhuān)業(yè)；

2. 8-10 years of sales & managing experience in related industry

8-10年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3. Technical knowledge in die casting business is a MUST (Experience in automotive, medical and telecommunications is preferred)

必須具有相關(guān)壓鑄事業(yè)的技術(shù)生產(chǎn)知識(shí) （有汽車(chē)，醫(yī)療及電信行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先）

4. Develop new customers and new business

必須具有新客戶(hù)的開(kāi)發(fā)能力

5. Understand industry, market and customer requirements

熟悉市場(chǎng)狀況及客戶(hù)要求

6. Prepare sales budget, plan, and sales reports. Achieve Sales target.

制定銷(xiāo)售預(yù)算及計(jì)劃，按時(shí)提交銷(xiāo)售報(bào)告，完成銷(xiāo)售指標(biāo)

7. Demonstrate strong communication skills and is team player.

善于溝通,并適于團(tuán)隊(duì)合作。

8. Fluent English in speaking and writing.

流利的英文說(shuō)和寫(xiě)。

9. Candidate is required to travel
